Our Firm

We were established in 2003 as Dwyer & Co and in 2016 we became Dwyer Lynch & Co.  We act for both owners and occupiers as the leading specialists in rent reviews, rating, leasing, new lettings, renewals, options to renew, surrenders, contractions, valuations, due diligence on leased assets, portfolio tenancy administration and rental tone management.  We have an unrivalled track record and are recognised leading experts in partnership with Hong Kong’s leading landlords and occupiers for decades.

We are irreverent, unbound by hierarchy and utterly professional.  We work collectively to provide the best and most comprehensive advice for our clients.

Paul Dwyer is the founder and senior partner.  He is responsible for providing strategic leadership and enhancing relationships with clients, as well as advising other team members in major complex cases.  He has over 30 years’ experience as a surveyor and agent and is generally accepted within the profession as the leading expert in this field.

Simon is the managing partner and joined in 2016.  He is responsible for the management and development of the business, as well as leading major projects.  He has more than 20 years of experience in Hong Kong and has been involved in every major rating and government rent case in Hong Kong and is the recognised expert in this field.

The Rules

We maintain a reputation for expert knowledge, integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.  We are different from other leading firms because of four rules which our consultants must follow.

All staff must be involved in the agency market so as to maintain first-hand and up-to-date market knowledge for valuation and consultancy work.

No instruction can be accepted unless the company genuinely believes that it is in the top two service offerings for the specific instruction.

All instructions must be concluded in a low profile manner.

The company has zero tolerance for conflicts of interest or bias.

Professional Standards

We are a regulated firm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and bound by professional rules of conduct and ethics.
Our partners are past and current contributors to the profession and relevant regulatory bodies.
