We were established in 2003 as Dwyer & Co and in 2016 we became Dwyer Lynch & Co. We act for both owners and occupiers as the leading specialists in rent reviews, rating, leasing, new lettings, renewals, options to renew, surrenders, contractions, valuations, due diligence on leased assets, portfolio tenancy administration and rental tone management. We have an unrivalled track record and are recognised leading experts in partnership with Hong Kong’s leading landlords and occupiers for decades.

Paul Dwyer, DipVal FHKIS MRICS
Paul Dwyer is the founder and senior partner. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership and enhancing relationships with clients, as well as advising other team members in major complex cases. He has over 30 years’ experience as a surveyor and agent and is generally accepted within the profession as the leading expert in this field.

Simon Lynch, FRICS FHKIS RPS (GP)
Simon is the managing partner and joined in 2016. He is responsible for the management and development of the business, as well as leading major projects. He has more than 20 years of experience in Hong Kong and has been involved in every major rating and government rent case in Hong Kong and is the recognised expert in this field.

Yongki Hong, MRICS
Yongki is a partner and joined in 2015 as a trainee. He previously worked in the legal industry, both in a firm of solicitors as well as a barrister’s chambers and is responsible for advising on various statutory and contractual valuation disputes. Yongki is a member of the RICS and focuses largely on complex rating and government rent disputes as well as acting as the retained expert surveyor for office landlords for ongoing rent review and tenancy administration advice.

Peter Linstead, MRICS
Peter is a partner and joined in 2018. He was previously at a large international consultancy and is responsible for asset management and rental tone strategy, as well as general valuation work including rating and government rent instructions. Peter is a member of the RICS and brings valuable experience in commercial brokerage and portfolio management from both the landlord and the tenant’s side.
