We also focus on valuation disputes at litigation, independent expert, arbitration and mediation.

We focus particularly on providing the holistic advice that starts with a valuation and which often incorporate a contentious element.

As an extension of our work in tenancy administration and statutory valuations we have inevitably become a leading firm in rental disputes, whether through independent expert determinations, arbitration, mediation and litigation. Our partners have been involved in various rent review and option to renew disputes, many of which proceeded to determination or arbitration. We regularly work with specialised lawyers in this field and are acknowledged experts particularly in rent review determinations.

We have in recent years accrued experience particularly in retail F&B experience, acting for new entrants in the Hong Kong market.
