Peter Linstead, MRICS

Peter joined Dwyer Lynch & Co in 2018.

He was previously at a large international consultancy and is responsible for asset management and rental tone strategy, as well as general valuation work including rating and government rent instructions.  Peter is a member of the RICS and brings valuable experience in commercial brokerage and portfolio management from both the landlord and the tenant’s side.

Work Experience

Prior to joining Dwyer Lynch & Co, Peter worked for an international property consultancy for three years in the United Kingdom where he became an elected member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.  There, Peter represented a number of major landlords under a brokerage role whereby he has a proven track record of delivering strong, results-driven strategies to minimise vacancy levels and maximise rent within his clients’ portfolios.  Also acting as tenant representative, Peter has negotiated on both sides of the table and brings with him a commercial understanding of how to efficiently oversee both rental and capital transactions from inception through to completion.  Prior to this experience, Peter has acted as a residential broker and valuer, adding private housing and apartments to the wide breadth of assets of which he has dealt with on behalf of his clients.
